Updated to WordPress 3.3.2 and Now No Side Bars

I updated WordPress to the latest version 3.3.2 and after I did that my widgets do not show in my side bars. I can see the side bars when previewing a post, but that is it. The widgets are still loaded in the dashboard under widgets. I don’t understand why visitors to my site can’t see them. I am using the Bombax Theme. My blog address is https://thoughtsnsuch.com.
