Updated to WordPress 3.1, and the traffic dropped by Half

  • Hello,
    I updated my blog to WordPress 3.1 and than i found the 404 permalinks error in site, I fixed that immediately in 2 days,
    But on the next day, all of sudden, the traffic to my site dropped by half. I tried almost everything but it didn’t changed,
    Like check and fix plugin problem,
    also check .htaccess file
    My site is still indexed well in Search engine. but traffic is only half. I have thesis theme.
    If any1 has any suggestion or solution, please let me know, thanks
