updated to version 2.2.1 and it stops popping up

No. Nothing at all. It just doesn’t pop up anymore.
I turned off all my other plugins too and still nothing.

I can update it again if you want to take a look right now, but it is pretty important to our business so I can’t have it off for too long.

Try running the WordPress debugger and then check for an error and send it to me

I turned it on. But no errors in the php_errorlog file.
I just rolled it back to the previous version again so it works.

The message is at the bottom of the site and not formatted

There are no errors
the only thing:
the message is not at the correct place and not with the correct formatting

@wpesolva … I placed my alert at the bottom of the screen and it is formatted.
Currently I have version 2.2.0 up though because if I update the plugin the alert disappears.
Does this happen to you?

What version of PHP do you have?

And please upload screenshots of the alert settings
And the link of the page where it should appear

Hello @leslielothamer : How did you manage to rollback the version? I tried the WP rollback plugin but I wasn’t able to. I saw the following explanation:

“It appears there are no version to select. This is likely due to the plugin author not using tags for their versions and only committing new releases to the repository trunk.”

Currently, I am experiencing the same issues. The notice boxes aren’t showing up any longer and I can’t see why.

I was able to roll it back because I had a backup of my plugins folder. I can send along a zip of the old version if you tell me your email address.
I am sorry this is happening to you too. It is very frustrating.
I guess I will just keep the old version until it is fixed.
