    Hey everyone!

Ok so I run a few sites based off WP. The other day I did the update to 3.3 and everything seemed to be running smooth. Tonight I went to login and make some changes but was having some issues with the login page. I re-uploaded a fresh wp-login.php thinking something was wrong, still nothing. Cleared cache, nothing, changed browsers, nothing, made the URL /wp-login.php?action=logout hoping it would refresh everything, nothing, I also manually reset the passwords in mysql with no luck. Then I renamed the plugins folder so it would not touch anything inside WP. In any event none of these things worked, so I contacted the host – hostgator. They were also having the issues I was with the site and blamed it on me running the site through cloudflare, (not the problem btw). So after being frustrated with the endless circle I uploaded a fresh copy of 3.3, created a new DB and had a new wordpress site running, I copied all the database tables except the user table to the new database, moved it to the old install, and boom all set. In conclusion, Sonny seemed to have made an error in database username area during the update.

I hope this helps others who might have this problem, or the top devs in making a fix ??

If this post doesn’t make sense..i’ve been up all night playing around to have the site up and running and now I’m exhausted.

Thanks for the good work everyone! Can’t wait to see what the future brings!

(oh and I tried the forget password thing, it did not recognize any email or username I gave it)
