Updated to new version. My cache is not being cleared anymore

I have a blog and up until now I never had problems with the cache.
I updated it to the new version and when I do reversions of a post and I publish it, my posts isn’t being updated, even when I clear cache.
Could you please help me out? My changes in a blogpost aren’t being updated in the most recent version ??
