Updated To 4.5 with Twenty Sixteen – Visual Editor Don't Work

I checked it out and deleted the chat plugin, but my edit post and page is still blank. Do I have to reinstall 4.5?

I don’t think using the “reinstall” button from the dashboard would hurt. I’m not sure it will help, but it’s worth a shot.

can you go into your wp config file under cpanel file manager and turn set wp debug to true? Then go back to your site, run the browser inspect tool, click the console tab and read what console errors you are having? I had this same issue and this method helped me figure out that it was an update to my ultimateFAQ plugin. This method may seem intimidating but it is super easy and super helpful.

The error was on a chat plugin. I deleted the app and still have the problem.

OK, sorry it’s come to this, but it’s time to bring out the big hammer.

Disable all plugins and change to an unmodified theme (twentyfifteen, perhaps). Does the problem go away? If so, turn things back on one at a time until the problem returns.

No it didn’t work

Is there anyone who can help me with this problem? It’s been OVER a week.

I got the new updates and the problem is fixed.
