Updated to 4.9.1 and now the admin page is in a foreign language?

  • I just updated my site to 4.9.1 and the actual site is good but the admin sign in and pages is all in some weird foreign language. Chrome will google translate it but this shouldn’t have happened. Also the text is right to left format.
