Updated thumbnail are no updated in playlist gallery

Hello

I have just updated some thumbnail in youtube and i don’t see them in my playlist gallery. I have the thumbnail at the time i have embed the playlist. I have try re-embed the same playlist but the result is the same. Either Youtube serve the old ones either your plugin keep the thumbnail somewhere. I have a cache system that i have clear and the result is the same

Any idea is welcome
