Updated the plugin. Now tickets are not showing on back or front end

Hi, I updated the Events Calendar plugin today and now:
– I cannot add new tickets to my event in the back end.
– Tickets are not available to buy on the front end.I inherited the site I’m working on from someone else and under Settings for The Events Calendar I’m getting a message that the licence key (which was on the site when I took it over) is invalid. So I can’t update the Aggregator; I am not sure whether the Aggregator has any part in this problem I’m having.
As we are trying to raise money for charity with this event, I’m starting to panic. I need access to creating tickets and to making the tickets display on the front end. Happy to privately – somehow!!! – provide login details.
