Updated site, widget no longer showing

Our homepage was built with the use of shortcodes (we had 4 columns displaying 1 event per column) here under “Upcoming Clinics & Meetings”: https://www.waukeshacountyfair.com.

It is no longer showing. Everything else with the events plugin is working fine. If you go to waukeshacountyfair.com/events, they show up as they should.

The code that was generating that 4 column was this:

This problem started after we updated WordPress/Theme/Plugins to their latest versions. Both the plugin & our theme are suppose to be compatible to 4.5.2 so I’m not sure why there is an issue. We are using this theme (https://themeforest.net/item/church-and-events-theme-for-churches-and-events/7028545)
