Looks like you guys have been busy improving and updating the script over time. We see there is a “showcase” on hivepress website but there are many sites on the showcase which appear not have much of a user-base. i.e. few or no listings in categories, etc.

While it is nice to see examples of ways people have configured sites visually and for specific market niches, it would be even nicer to have a short list of sites actually have a large active user base.

aka. – Hivepress powered sites that appear to be successful as an online business.

Can you give some examples of “success stories” sites using Hivepress?

There are other competitors to Hivepress plugins that people may choose (directory plugins on Codecanyon) unnecessarily if they can not have an idea of Hivepress potential.

Generally people are hesitant to invest so much time into a script unless they are confident it will handle their needs if they can build a robust active marketplace. Hence, examples of success stories.

    Thank you

  • Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback.

Since we can’t publish customer websites without their consent (e.g. if they don’t want to disclose the website software, even that it’s powered by WordPress) we currently publish websites submitted via the Showcase form only. We also plan to go through the websites that share the non-sensitive usage data with us (there’s an option for this in the HivePress settings), contact the websites with the most users/listings and ask for permission to publish them. Another plan is to add a new Inspiration blog category with interviews with the owners of successful HivePress-powered websites.

    Hope this helps.
