Updated post – how to set time?

When I edit and update already published post, I get the following title, for example, ОБНОВЛЕНО 12 ФЕВРАЛЯ, 2020 (UPDATED 12 FEBRUARY, 2020)
Can I by some way set the time, after that the theme will add that title? I know, if I update post after some seconds after publishing, I don’t get the title.
How can I set that
– if I update a post more than hour after publishing, I get ОБНОВЛЕНО (UPDATED) in post title
– if I update a post less than hour, I don’t get ОБНОВЛЕНО
?

Currently, there’s no option by default but this can be altered with custom functions. You might get help from here:
