Updated .po and .mo files

Would it be possible to join the translation team for German? There’s a translation button when you view the plugin’s url. I’m trying to discourage people from sending me files so that you don’t have to rely on me doing the updates.

Let me know if this works for you and I’ll remove the German translation for this plugin.
