Updated Plugins & Themes keep asking for same update versions

    Hello there,

    I know this is a cache issue. I’m running WordPress btw. Everytime I access to the Dashboard, it keeps asking to update same plugin / theme versions. Even when some themes are no longer installed.

    Is there any solution for this?
