The link that mindctrl posted definitely is a good start!

First if you have access to your backend (via cPanel, Plesk, or Shell) you could start out by renaming the wp-content/plugins folder to plugins_old.
This should at least get everything working again!

However, if you have access to the mysql side of the website (usually phpmyadmin) I would suggest deactivating the plugins from the table side, instead of renaming the folder!

1. To do this you would go to your wordpress database and find the table wp-options.
2. Next, find the option name called active_plugins and change the option value to a:0:{}.
3. Then go back into your wp-admin page and restart plugins one by one until you find out which plugin is causing the issue. If the screen goes white again, just reset the plugin values in the database again!
