Updated plugins and it's all hit the fan!

    Ok, so I logged into my account, which has been a while, noticed I had some updates to run so updated the ones I use and hit enter… oops! whole site has now gone, theme looks like its gone from the admin area and the wp-content folder has gone! great!

    Anyone got any ideas?

    and have this error on the dashboard…

    ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.
