It is the newest wordpress tooltip plugin too, you will find images in tooltip popup box works well, when we check your site, we found a lot of cache error in browser console, would you please try to disable the cache to do a check or refer to our guide:

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.
