@mrcanuck17 What is the update page – the Dashboard | Plugin page? Are you sure it is caused by this plugin and none of the others?

A blank page usually means a fatal error – you can turn on debugging (look up WP_DEBUG) to help resolve this.

I meant review page (not update page).

@mrcanuck17 I cannot really tell from this page – perhaps add the following parameter to the shortcode?

    [reviews_rating errors=true]

Also, there are reviews listed in the Dashboard | Settings?

Please paste in your shortcode and your Place ID if it is still not working and may be able to assist further.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, the reviews are loading in the dashboard settings.
I added the errors=true to the shortcode.

@mrcanuck17 They are all loading now. Maybe it was just a caching issue?

It’s working now because I rolled back to version 2.6.
Is there different versions I can download (so that I can see which version causes the issue).

@mrcanuck17 I don’t have an answer yet – did you try clearing the cache after the update (in the Advanced tab)? It shouldn’t usually require this.

I’ll see if I can replicate the issue with an older version to the current one.

I’m setting up the new plugin version from scratch.
    It’s saying this:
Error: Google has not found data for the current Place ID. Please ensure you search for a specific business location; not a region or coordinates using the Place ID Finder.

However, the Place ID that I put in is definitely the correct one.

@mrcanuck17 Google recently required that only specific locations can be used with the Places API. Is your place a region/area? If so, it isn’t supported because no data is sent by Google. Previously collected data may have been archived.

I’ll check your specific details tomorrow.

Yes, it’s an “area”. I have now added an address to my business, so once Google updates it, I assume it will work.

Thanks for your help with this.

@mrcanuck17 That’s ok! I hope that this will resolve the issue here.

Please let me know how it goes? ??

    Thank you,

@mrcanuck17 I’ll mark this as resolved because it’s well documented about the lack of API data for a coverage area.
