Updated Plugin & Calendar Only Shows 1 Hour of Availability

I apologize for the inconvenience. I’m attaching patch that should help with the issue

Here https://www.dropbox.com/s/4301tsq3542yx33/helpers.php.zip?dl=0 is helpers.php file (it needs to be unzipped first) that has to be uploaded to wp-content / plugins / appointments / includes / – and it needs to replace file that is already there. To upload this file access to FTP or file manager in cPanel is required.

As for the Google Cal integration – I tested it on my site and I wasn’t able to spot anything like you describe. Can you make screenshot of your settings there so I can check if everything looks fine?

This is correct prompt. It should show. Rest of the settings look correctly.
Please open browser console https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/console/ and see if there are any error showing.
If you will see any errors try disabling all other plugins and try again – see if errors will be gone.

If I disable other plugins, will I be able to reactivate plugins without needing to double-check the site to see if it automatically changed any existing content?

This is service 1, set for 30 minutes.

This is service 2, set for 60 minutes.

Before, service 2’s calendar showed up in 60 minute blocks.

Now, both calendars show 30 minute blocks.

I double-checked the service settings and see that the settings are the same.

Any ideas?

Hope you’re well.

When I check your links, looks like your pages correctly shows 30 minutes blocks and 60 minutes blocks. Are you still seeing 30 minutes block for both of them?

Disabling plugins can change your existing content, if any plugin affects your content. First get backup then try deactivate all the plugins and lets look is the problem continues?
