[Updated Plugin: Admin Bar Minimiser]

Tweaked a few things in this new release but the main additions are new Plugin options to control ‘Show/Hide’ tab opacity.
You can now change both the normal visibility opacity AND the hover opacity, on the front end of your site and admin area!
