Updated now lost two tables

    Hi I am sure you are very busy, but i would really appreciate some fast assistance here please.

    I just updated the triple pricing table plug-in went back & checked site (just to be on the safe side)

    & the left & right options have dissapeared

    Centre one is fine bu the other two have gone (all bar the submit button)

    I have chcked within the plug in & all the info is there still I tried updating/saving the configuration but still same

    What has happened ??

    Hi merlinbiz, we’ve been checking plugin and it’s working fine for us.

    After updateing from 1.0 to 1.1, all your data stored on the wp database remains there. Can you please check if you’re using the same shortcode on your page/entry than the one provided by the plugin admin page?

    Yup i checked all that, even deleted saved & then re added still same.

    I had to upload a different plug in in the end, so technically I’m sorted but your plug in isnt im afraid

    Oops! Sorry to hear that.

    With the 1.1 update we’ve just added a new option to select back color. Once you select everything, data will be saved in your database and plugin will show up every time you add their shortcode wherever you want ??

    Example: [pricingtable id=1]

    merlinbiz, after revising your problem we’ve updated Triple Pricing Table and you can now download v1.2 with your problem solved.

    You just have to update and you’ll be able to use/customize previous sliders.
