Updated my Enigma Theme and lost everything

I have updated the enigma theme today (the previous version—the last digit was 4 and the latest version’s last digit is 9, I can’t remember the full version digits)and I have lost everything. I didn’t know that I have to back up it first.
I could recover my home page but I can not recover my 31 sub pages.

Please some body help me. I don’t want the latest version, I want to go back as before—if possible.
I am using the free enigma theme.My host is cpanel.
