• 1. I’m running MailPoet 3 (NOT Premium) 3.9.1; SendGrid configuration for sending.
    2. Running Firefox / OS High Sierra / updated WordPress and Enfold theme.
    3. Problem exists in WP Backend > MailPoet > every sublink

I’ve just updated MailPoet 3 after receiving an error that my API key was not valid. Then I went into the MailPoet tab and nothing was there. So I’ve temporarily disabled all other plugins and it didn’t seem to make any difference. Still a blank screen within the plugin options.

    Here’s a screenshot: https://www.herculiz.com/mailpoet.png

Thanks for any help you can provide!

  • Hi @losting,

Can you please try to clear your web browser’s cache and let us know if they will show up again?

If that still doesn’t work, try with another web Browser.

    Thank you!

Yes, I’ve tried both of those things with no luck.

I’m getting exactly the same issue, I’ve emptied caches and tried on Safari and Chrome and all I get is blank screens.

    I’m running premium too though.

Good to know its not just me. This site is running on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) on GoDaddy. What about your site?

PS. I think with a premium license you can use their 24-hour guaranteed ticket system, btw.

I am having the same problem. Updated this morning and now emails are gone, as are subscribers and lists.

    Help!!!!

The MailPoet admins logged in and crafted a custom plugin for us. I can share that plugin with you if you like?

    Yes, please. [email protected]

Same issue here… updated to MailPoet version 3.19.0, and all front pages went white of death, even for anonymous users. I discovered the error when Elementor failed to load. Also experienced lost connection to the database while updating MailPoet to its newest version. The problem disappears when deactivating MailPoet, and comes back again when activating it. I even tried to download new files of MailPoet, but same problem occurred. I’m using Astra Pro, Elementor Pro and JetElements and some other plugins on clean install. I deactivated all plugins and activated one by one. No doubt that MailPoet is the one to blame. I hope this get fixed asap.
