Updated logo image & Menu disappeared

  • So i just updated the logo on one of my sites and the entire nav bar at the top (logo sits on the left) disappeared! I made sure it was the same size as the previous to avoid any CSS issues. I even reverted back to the original and it’s still not working.

    I checked on another browser and another laptop. All missing. WTF?! This is crazy! Can someone possibly help me?

  • This looks like you might have an issue with the HTML code. Using FireFox, I see several tags in the page source highlighted in red – an indication there was a problem the browser tried to fix. Oh, and while the menu disappeared in Safari, it did show fine in FireFox. As each browser is going to handle bad HTML structure differently, that’s another indication it’s code related.

    Make sure you have all the appropriate closing tags: </p>, </div>, </a>, etc. You can also try running your html through this great, free, online utility: https://infohound.net/tidy/
