    I updated the JetPack plugin and now I can’t view my Publicize social media accounts.

    When I go to My Site → Tools → Marketing → Connection – it’s blank, nothing shows on this page for me.

    Anyone know how to resolve it?

    Update: Added a video of what I am seeing.

    Hi, @angburns

    It likely appears to be a browser issue because I was able to access and see your Publicize page without issue from this end:

    Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?

    I have tried accessing in incognito and clearing my cache.
    It’s still blank.

    Other ideas?

    Ok, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

    None of these solved the issue.

    After I ran the update to JetPack I had the issue in my original post.

    I was able to resolve this issue by deactivating JetPack and then activating it.
