Updated Jetback and lost all subscribers and stats

I wrote a few weeks ago and have gotten no support.. I updated jetpack and lost all my stats and subscribers. I want them back! even just a list of emails and I will resubscribe them! this is not ok that I have to just lose them and have no way of getting support and getting them back.
