Updated for compliant tags and compatibility with latest Formidable

Hey folks,
I’ve updated/rewritten this plugin to support compliant HTML tags with the proper closing </optgroup>. It also fixes a couple other bugs to make it compatible with the HTML output by the latest version of Formidable Forms. It’s published here for everyone to enjoy.
