• I use Divi for WordPress.

Yesterday I successfully installed the Phoenix plugin and updated, one by one, about 25 image filenames in my WordPress media, which are already in use on my webpages.

Though I cleared the cache several times, when now hovering over the images, I still see the old filenames! Shouldn’t I see the new filenames now? Does that mean, the images were just duplicated?

In my media library everything looks ok. I see the updated filenames created in correct format with hyphens, and I don’t see duplication of images.

    Any advice?

    Hi @julia72,
I’m sorry for my late reply, I’ll check if there are compatibility issues with Divi and let you know as soon as possible.

    Thank you for reporting

Hi! I had a similar problem with the “Robin image optimizer” plugin, had to delete records in the database from “wp_postmeta” table where “meta_id” field = “wp_attachment_cropped”

    Hi,

thanks for alerting me to the issue with your image optimizer! I use WP-Optimize – could that contribute to the problem?

As I am not a developer, I am not familiar with deleting records in the database.

I would be most grateful for more advice.

    Thank you,

    Julia

    Hi @ardopd,
I’ve tested “Robin image optimizer” and everything worked, are you also using a visual composer?

The meta_id field in the wp_postmeta table is numeric, so the query meta_id “wp_attachment_cropped” would produce an error, can you tell me which query are you using to find the record to delete?

    Thank you for your support
    C.
