    Hello @gmagnone,

Make sure your post type uses a different slug name. At present you are trying to use “podcast” as your post type, which will conflict with “podcast” being a feed. It is the same as if you created a post type with slug “feed” or “rss2”, WordPress expects all slugs to be unique.

Then in PowerPress, (Assuming you enabled Post Type podcasting) when you add a post type podcast to a post type, you select the post type as well as enter a new custom slug name for the feed. For example…

Post type: movies, post type podcast feed slug: audio. Then your feed URL would be… example.com/movies/feed/audio/. note that if you just do example.com/movies/feed/, this is the regular feed WordPress adds to any post type that is using the type “posts”.

You can also use “podcast” as a feed slug name since that is already registered for feed use, but I do not recommend it. Remember WordPress has to recognize the slug names in the Permalink path to determine what to load, the less clear it is the more likely things are not going to work as desired.

    Thanks,
    Angelo
