Updated domain mapping plugin?

  • Hi,
    I have a WP 4.4.2 multisite set up and working using the domain mapping plugin. I would like to upgrade to WP 4.5, but the domain mapping plugin is listed as being compatible only up to 4.0.10 and multiple people in the plugin’s support forum are reporting problems with the plugin after upgrading to WP 4.5.

    The instructions in “Welcome to multisite forum” still advise to use the same plugin, but is that information current and accurate?

    Does anyone know if the domain mapping plugin will be updated to support WP 4.5?

  • We have been using WP Domain Mapping plugin for years now on multiple WP systems. Domain Mapping plugin works on all of our systems, currently 4.4.2.

    I have upgrade WP dozens of times and never had any problems with the Domain Mapping plugin. That doesnt mean you wont have problems. Everyone’s WP is different; you have to debug that specific system if there are problems.
