updated crashes featured images

    i updated to the latest update and then all my featured images dissapeared. I restored the older version from my last back up and now the featured images are back. Does this mean I just can never update this theme? Featured images seem to be pretty common, its hard to believe they wouldn’t be supported in updates of this theme.

    Hi @ambphx when you update the theme your folder called “Fullscreenly” gets reinstalled and that’s it.

    Your images aren’t stored in that folder, neither is any of your settings.
    So it doesn’t really make any sense, did you update anything else than the theme?
    It might also be because of a plugin you’re using, but I have never heard of anything like that happening before :-/

    A last resort could be to ask your hosting company, but I highly doubt they have any idea about why that would happen either ??
