Updated and now can't access

This is the same issue I had back with the 3.3 upgrade…sigh!

Had to do a complete fresh reinstall, keeping the wp-config.php and wp-contents folder there. Total pain in the butt.

Hate to go through this again. Any moderators know if this is been a huge issue?

ok I reset my plugins on my phpmyadmin and did a fresh upload of wordpress. it is the newest version 3.3

now when I open wp-admin/upgrade.php it opens in dreamweaver 3. what do I do in dreamweaver to rerun the upgrade?

You are trying to run wp-admin/upgrade.php in your web browser, aren’t you?

ok when I ran the upgrade wordpress comes up and says that my wordpress data bases are already updated. I click continue and it gives me the blank white page still.

Download a fresh copy of Twenty Eleven, unpack the archive, and upload the twentyeleven folder to wp-content/themes using FTP.

Ok this has been done and I still have a blank white page on the website.

Now switch to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

ok I changed the old theme and added -old to the end. Still have nothing.
