Updated and can't add/edit posts or pages

I have the latest update – 3.2.1 – and ever since I updated it, I am unable to add a new page or edit a page. When I click to add a post or edit a page, I have there is nothing beneath the words ‘Add Post’ (or ‘Edit Page’) at the top. The edit window is not there. I’ve changed themes and it makes no difference. Can someone shed some light on what is going on? I would love to update my website in the near future.
