    Hello everybody!

Finally I found the time to update this plugin after 3 years. Thanks for your patience and still using the plugin. There are no big features but internally it’s like a new plugin. The main changes are:

    • Removed any jQuery dependency. I’ve changed plugin’s name to JS Archive List since now it doesn’t require jQuery to work
    • Plugin now support Gutemberg blocks, you can add the JS Archive list block version from the list. Old version will be there for backwards compatibility.
    • Updated the code to support the latest WordPress versions.

You can migrate to the blocks version if it’s easier but I’ll keep it for backwards compatilibty. I might add an updater in the future.

If you want to request features you can leave a message here.

  • Heya, Miguel! Some coincidence I caught up to you only a week after 3 years dormancy of sorts.

On to business, in search of drop down archive widget that customizes all link names, goes by months and/or years, auto opens/closes certain items, and no known storing limits (good on you for making something that fits all those categories), I don’t have the slightest idea where to begin in putting that on my site.

I’ve downloaded it, got it extracted in it’s own folder, looked at the site where ‘installation’ tab is. Those 4 steps are Greek to me.. Can you make some sort of ‘for dummies’ version, basic set of directions of how to put the widget on their site? A quick youtube tutorial? Or set of directions here in the messages? If it’s of any help, I’m using blogger, firefox, and win7.

I’m very curious about this widget’s abilities and it’s a pain to create an account and keep track of it’s new password etc. and have no one help so please do respond if and when you see this.

Are you using the blogger service? This plugin only works for WordPress. It’s a nice idea to show the setup in a video. But confirm me if you are using WordPress.

That’s very unfortunate.. So it is true seeing something about blogger and wordpress used to work together some years ago. But yes, I’m using google’s blogger service.
