update_post_meta issue?

    Hello, I have wordpress & woocommerce v.6.2.2, php is 8.1.
    I installed the plugin, I chose a product and selected some related categories.
    I updated and then refreshed the page. The selected categories were gone.
    In the database I can see the new key inserted in post-meta table. But the entry is empty of elements, only an empty array.
    Can I find somewhere older versions of this plugin ?
    Has anyone else bumped on this behavior ?
