• We have wordpress hosted on our own server from within our company. The server sits behind a cisco firewall blocking any unnecessary traffic. Unfortunately this has prevented us from being able to update wordpress from the admin console. My question is, where can I find a list of ip addresses and ports that are used by this process so that I can create a rule in my firewall to allow this? Currently I have to manually perform the update process, but it very tedious. It would nice to be able to enable a rule for the update process then disable once it is complete.

The IPs and subdomains change from time to time and are generally not provided publicly. The most future-proof way to handle this would be to whitelist connections from the entire www.remarpro.com domain and wildcard subdomains.
