Update WordPress From 4.3.3 To 4.4.2

    I want to update my site from WordPress From 4.3.3 To 4.4.2. But important thing is that before update what i have to do? I want to know?
    1. Backup of Complete sit?
    2.Where to backup my site?
    3.Any best plugin you recommend?
    3. if something will wrong then what i will have to do. Can i restore my site?
