Update without losing data

  • Hi guys
    A few weeks ago I had an issue my site only showed ?>php
    I hired a guy to fix it, he got it working but i still have some issues

    I have over 2000 questions in WP Pro Quiz

    All existing quizzes are working, but today i setup a new quiz and posted it. The quiz does not start and the preview shows the start button but wont start..

    If i update the plugin by copying over the top of the files will i lose any data…

    Or any other suggestions please.. I noticed when i tried to do an update via cpanel i got errors but and update using updraftplus plugin worked

  • Hi, I tried many times to update plugin. Never corrupted or lost the quizes. In any way I adice you to backup quizes. Design, Questions and Answers by export quiz utility in QP-Pro-Quiz.
