Update with paid version + same display desktop-mobile

I come to you for 2 problems.

1° I purchased the premium paid version. On the site, I already have a free version. How to update and switch from the free to paid version please?

2° I do not have the same display between the computer version and the telephone version. On the computer version, we can see that the currencies are displayed. On the mobile version, only 1 currency and 1 “+” appears. How to make the display of the 3 currencies appear and not the “+”
