update variation price

I am working on-site in which owner upload 1000+ product and each product have 4-5 variable product but the problem is they upload with a blank price of the variation
each variation have a unique SKU
how can I update just all these variation prices based on their SKU?

i tried everything with wp all import but my variation price is not changing
