    once again, sorry for my late reply. Before sharing the results: how awesome is this plugin!! Didn’t knew that before. This is the awesomeness of such a great community! ??

    Via troubleshooting mode I disabled all plugins except woocommerce and “facebook for woocommerce” and tried my steps again: created a variable product, tried to update product. But ran into same issue again. Creation of product worked, update of product not ??

    Are there any other customers that do have such weird issues? It does not seem so… ??

    This is unusual, and I can’t even reproduce the error on my testing site.

    Seems like we’ll need to have a closer look. Could you please open a ticket about this from Woo.com > My profile > Support? You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    I got the message that ticket was created but the automatic “AI reply” was classified as Spam on my site.

    Just replied to that “AI message” – hope this was successful, and you got the final ticket ??
