Update v6.41 | Critical error on website

Hello,

After the last cleantalk update, in one of our sites the newsletter form cannot submit as it shows a critical wordpress site error.

Also in another site we came into the following error.
Error you cannot modify user…

For the above reasons, we have cleantalk on these sites in version 6.40.

Do you know if other people reported such issues?
