    I updated the Huge-IT Slider plugin to 4.0.5 and now all the sliders are broken. This affects the client’s entire website at the moment, since every background uses this plugin. The slideshows load the first image, then goes blank (no image) after the first transition. Sometimes another image will suddenly pop in with no transition, but will soon go back to blank on the next transition.

    Please give me a resolution ASAP as this has completely broken the client’s entire site.

    Can you, please, try to deactivate and activate the plugin?
    And also, please, clean the cache files as well CTRL+F5

    That did not work. But I’ve figured out the problem. In the earlier version, our wrapper CSS did not conflict with the slider. Now, there appears to be a conflict. I can fix this, however, I have one more question. The images are zoomed in or stretched when they don’t fit the width specified in the slider. How does one configure the slider not to resize the images?

    Also, “preview on hover” appears to do nothing. What is the expected behavior?

    It depends on what CSS code you have injected. It is possible that it can cause a conflict.
    As for the “preview in hover”, the option is for the back-end. Check the screenshot here:
