Update to Version 1.1.15 Causes Fatal Error

After updating to v1.1.15 I received the following message:

“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I was able to use recovery mode to get back into my site and deactivate the YITH WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin which has restored my dashboard to working condition, but I am no longer able to use this plugin.
