Update to this theme has broken sites and support are non-responsive

  • We have used this theme across a number of different websites over the last couple of years. The support for this latest update has been utterly terrible. The update breaks the design stripping elements that came with the original theme, changing random pages from a full width to a default (sidebar – although no side bar) layout, changing fonts, styling, spacing, backgrounds, block widths, font colours, background images and so on. I raised this issue over 3 weeks ago having to wind back sites and servers. The support responses are inadequate, do not address the issues and appear to be deliberately evasive and non-responsive. I strongly recommend not updating to the latest version of this theme and I highly recommend not using this theme until there is a stable version. I can see many others are also experiencing these issues. To fix all the issues generated with this update will take hours and hours.
