    Hello All,

I am trying to update my PHP to the latest version so my website runs correctly. I keep getting the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method DateTime::getTimestamp()

Which I have read will be solved by updating the PHP file to the latest version. I contacted my registrar, whom I thought was the host to fix this problem, however they have told me that I need to contact WordPress as they are the host for my site. All of the forums I have read state that this must be updated by your host provider.
Seeing as WordPress has no way to contact them directly, I hope that there is a solution to this problem here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

www.remarpro.com does not host any sites (except this one). So if you are hosted by WP, your site is on WordPress.COM – and you cannot change anything to do with the server there – so probably not hosted by WP.

    See:

    What is your domain name?

Okay, we transferred our domain from GoDaddy to Google, we called both and each one said that they do not host the site. GoDaddy said it was Google, and Google said it was WordPress. Therefore I am extremely confused at this point. The domain name is joebye.com

This shows the nameservers set to Google:

    https://www.whois.com/whois/joebye.com

But I don’t know if they actually host sites – you should know who you pay, however?

That is one of the problems, the website was originally made by someone else, we had the domain transferred, however the guy is very difficult to get in contact with. That is why I calling Google and GoDaddy trying to figure out who is hosting the site. :/ GoDaddy pointed to Google, while Google pointed to WordPress.

Is it possible to install a plugin to fix the problem?

I just looked at your site again and it’s not even a WP site, are you sure this is the site you are talking about?
