    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    tyvm it was the calender blocking all the other plugins and parts of theme i have disabled it and await a better patch for that one plugin

    All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly blocks the ithemes suites from working and even messes up the theme and still no calendar even if its the lone plugin

    and that ended up just needing to have the theme of the calendar changed to vortex not the nice black one everyone used lol
    You can do this on Events > Calendar Themes page
