Update to 4.0 failed because could not copy file

    An update from 3.8.2 to 4.0 failed because it could not copy file
    wordpress/wp-admin/css/colors/blue/colors-rtl.css

    It did load partially, so most things are working.

    What do I do? Download and install manually?

  • Yes a manual installation of the files is suggested in this situation.

    Thanks, when I checked again this morning, the issues seem to be resolved. No more nagging about an incomplete installation. Things seem to be working completely now. Evidently the WordPress fairies visited the Ipower server overnight.
