    Hello, My security tools say the plugin version Responsive Menu Pro v3.1.31 is vulnerable and advices to update to 4.x But this version is not visible in the download section on the website. The free version is 4.x though. Hope someone can clear this problem for me. Thanks!

    Hi @marver. I have the same problem, even if i have a lifetime licence for multiple site.

    But the problem is, they want us to buy back a new license, saying that our licenses are not for the new version (v4).

    However, in their old website, they displayed the following sentence “We like to keep it simple. You pay once and it’s yours forever. No subscriptions and all future updates are included for free“.

    @expresstechsupport , can you solve this problem and restore access to the new version ?

    We?can truly understand your concerns and my sincere apologies for the inconvenience. But we had to completely rewrite the plugin because many of our customers are demanding many features to be included in the plugin. Which were getting difficult to be implemented in the previous version. It took lots of effort from our team for many months. We continuously worked on the plugin to meet our customer demands and implement various innovations in the plugin at the same time.

    We never meant to hurt the sentiments of our lifetime customers so that they get disappointed with us. We had to change the license terms for version 4.0 just in order to support our business.

    We do understand your trust with us. That’s why we are providing full support to our lifetime customers also.

    I’m sorry, but your argument is not legal. When you set up a lifetime license, it means that all updates (minor and major) are included.

    You can set up a new license for new users, but you cannot change the terms for existing users.

    So all users with lifetime license must have access to plugin v4.

    No, i’m not OK with your answer. Lifetime is lifetime, with all updates, so v4 is obligatorily include ! I’ve paid for all updates. You cannot change the rules for existing users.
