Update to 3.6.9 Failing

Hello – attempting to update from WF 3.5.2 to 3.6.9. (wordpress 3.5.1)
Server perms and ownership are correct as other plugins install fine. Appreciate any input.Here’s what happens when attempting to update from WP dashboard
